What exactly will we cover?
We skip the introductions and go straight to the work. Expect a structured diagnostic across sales, operations, talent, and leadership — a sketch of the top three interventions that would move the needle, and an honest assessment of where fractional leadership could fit (or not). You will leave with pages of notes worth rereading.

No. The strategy call is complimentary and carries no obligation to continue. It exists because the best engagements I've ever had began with a single honest conversation — and I'd rather have ten of those than sign a hundred mismatched contracts.
Is the conversation confidential?
Absolutely. Everything discussed is held in complete confidence. A mutual NDA can be signed before the call on request, and is standard practice for any engagement that follows. Nothing you share is repeated, referenced, or recorded without your explicit permission.
How quickly can we begin a real engagement?
Next available engagement capacity starts May 2026. The diagnostic phase can typically begin within two weeks of a signed agreement. For urgent transformation windows, expedited capacity is occasionally available — we'll discuss what's realistic on the call.
